Friday was rainy, so we got to skip watering. Nicole went to the school to help distribute treats as read-athon prizes. In the afternoon, Lydia and Colin went along to get theirs.
I had no in person meetings, just a lot of work. I was very tired from a poor sleep night, but I made it through until 4:45. I'm looking forward to my three day weekend.
I did some juggling practice after lunch and after work. A year ago I was just starting to juggle five balls. Now I can sometimes get up to thirty throws, maybe occasionally more, but I still have frequent collision problems. Precision increases significantly in importance with each ball.
For dinner we finished off the fava beans we had prepared. It was a lot of work, but we got two meals out of them.
We watched Raya and the Last Dragon on Disney+ after dinner. It was a fun show, but not astonishing. We watched Simone Biles' triple double in slow motion after that. That was astonishing. We looked up her stature after and measured the children. She stands 4'8", which is between Lydia and Colin's height.
