Wednesday, Eric stayed home from school unexpectedly, so I worked from home, too. He was probably actually fine, but said we wasn't feeling well after last night's bout with probable motion sickness. I don't know whether it was an abundance of caution or just the easy way out. I insisted that he stay off the computer, which lasted at least half the day. He did a variety of other things. He went to his piano lesson in the afternoon, by which time it was clear that he was feeling all right.

I was going to post my 2022 reading year in review, inspired by a reading list argument this week on Twitter, but I've run out of time today. No promises.

We finished the Mendenhall Glacier puzzle.
