Still no power on Almond Valley Drive. The day went something like this:
1. Get up
2. Walk Justice
3. Get dressed and eat breakfast
4. Go to church
5. Split up
a. M&M took Lucas to find a nap and pick up ggpa
b. We took Andrew to pick out cupcakes (and, as time permitted, to find a b-day present for Maeva)
6. Meet up at Mazzio's: we arrived first, so we ordered. Kevin and Lindsey arrived next, so we chatted. Then, M&M showed up with L&G. Finally, Janice and Randy arrived. We had a 2-hour b-day party ... pizza, presents, and cupcakes. Fun stuff. It seemed like everyone had at least a reasonably good time. I thought it went well. Ggpa expressed that he had a good time, too.
7. We split up again:
a. We took ggpa back to Rivermont
b. M&M took the boys for the afternoon: park, naps, playing, etc.
8. We went home and unloaded our chest freezer into coolers to take over to Rich's. The stuff was still fine, but another day would have been too much.
9. We returned home and loaded up the stuff we needed to charge (lantern, phones, computer, etc.). Then, we headed down to Norman (again).
10. We went to OU so I could help Kevin move stuff from my old office (which he had been using) to the new place he is going to use.
11. We went to Garver so I could work a little and we could charge electronics.
12. We went to mom's for dinner.
13. We returned home for another dog walk, bath time, and bed time. Lucas is going down (hopefully) as I type. Andrew is playing with his mobile crane from Janice and Randy. So far, it is a hit.
There are still over 25,000 OG&E customers without power. Are we really customers? This is down from almost 70,000 on Friday night, but still too many ... at least 1 too many!

Definitely 2 too many!!! Glad Andrew likes the mobile crane. We got the trees cut up and most of the branches hauled out to the curb before we packed up for the KOA again. I'm sure hoping we get electricity tomorrow.
Sounds like a busy but fun and productive day for all.
Long power outages are hard -- we've had some multiple day ones here. I hadn't realized yours had been out this whole time.
Glad the party was a success.
