Sunflowers: Day 1 & 2, June 3 & 4

I planted the sunflower seeds with my dad today. We planted one in each of the honeysuckle boxes, two by the tomatillo plants, two by the stairs going to the back door, one by each of the posts by the pear trees plus  two more at the end by the side door, two behind the fig tree, one by each of the posts in the front by the slope, two by the trellis by the fence, and thirteen by the side, some by the house and some by the fence.

This morning, I watered all of the spots where we planted the seeds. I had written on popsicle sticks '•Sunflower!•', but I didn't have enough, so I just put those by some. The other seeds I'll just have to remember. If you don't want to do the math, there are 36 sunflower seeds, not counting the ones we doubled up because the seed went too far down in the dirt. (Some of the dirt by the fence collapsed when we planted the seeds.)
