4 p.m. update -- Just got a text from my boss that we are also closed Tuesday and Wednesday! There's another ❄ storm predicted for Tuesday afternoon or evening.

Pretty chilly!
Tuesday. -10 this morning when the dogs went out. Smelled skunky in the back yard.

As if the weather isn't enough, the power went off as I was starting to get dressed this morning. They have begun rolling power outages in a 14-state area. The good news is our hour is almost over.
So is it just out for an hour a day?
They keep saying they are not going to do it, and then it starts again. This was the first time for us. Other areas of Norman were out later in the day. Then again they announced they are stopping. I guess we'll see. But it is supposed to start warming up. We're currently at +10 (8 pm).
I have a guy on my team who lives in Dallas and his power went off at 2 a.m. Monday morning and was still off midday today. He booked a flight tomorrow to Seattle, which is where his fiancée lives (Bothell, actually), to get out of the cold.
Whoops ... his wife. He made it out of Texas today. His power was still off today, and they were going to shut down the water at his building, too.
Who said 2021 was going to be way better than 2020?!?
