Saturday morning it was raining as anticipated. Nicole and I went to Queen Anne Bowl in spite of it, but after we stopped to get doughnuts on the way back, we spent the rest of the day inside.
We looked at native plant nurseries farther afield than our usual for interesting stock. We may have visits to Peshastin, Bellingham, or Olympia in our eventual future.
We started watching Rachel's series with her, and made it through four episodes at various times throughout the day. We also watched two episodes of the BBC Merlin series before bed.
The last item for Colin's "book box" arrived, so he got to open that. He quickly identified dragons as the theme. It includes the latest two paperbacks in the Wings of Fire series, numbers eleven and twelve.
It may rain again tomorrow, but I think I'll be wanting some more activity regardless.
