On the subject of Juneau memories, how 'bout those long-lasting monopoly games where bills and payments were passed by construx (sp?) wagons between players. Was that how it worked?
I do not recommend this method of play. I don't remember exactly how all the logistics worked. But, I do remember having bought property, having not received the deed, and thus being unable to collect rent from stoppers-off (passers-by don't have to pay rent).

Yes, that's how it worked. No talking was allowed. All communication had to be done in writing. So sometimes things piled up. This was a great way to make the game even longer and keep us busy during vacation days!
