Just fyi, if you are ever having to go from the Hampton Inn Center City to Hampton Inn Philadelphia Airport, take the shuttle. Or, take a cab. Don't take the train.
What's wrong with the train? Nothing. The 0.5+ mile walk between the hotels and train stations (at each end), with too much luggage, isn't worth the "experience" or the monetary savings.
It is fine. We made it. There were some helpful locals pointing us the right way, for which we're appreciative.
Unfortunately, there isn't much out this way in terms of eateries ... we'll be hitting up Ruby Tuesdays. It is just across the parking lot. Nothing else is within a half mile ... or mile, even.
